Deliveries are handled by An Post. Our shipping rates are calculated by weight. Standard shipping is between €4.80 and €6.20. We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in the course of delivery. Please contact An Post in the event of such a case.
Orders
An Post standard delivery is 1-2 working days from dispatch. If you have a query about your delivery, please contact us.
In the event of a return, please ensure that you accompany your return with a copy of your receipt/order confirmation.
Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days of date of order provided that the original packaging is undamaged and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds can only be issued to the original cardholder's credit/debit card. Gift vouchers are non-refundable non-redeemable against cash. Returns can be sent to the address below.
